Holiday cricket clinic
Holiday cricket clinic for ages 6-15 years, covering a broad range of cricket topics, from 2-5 Jan, 09h00 to 14h00 daily, at UJ. R 650pp.
Clinic runs for four days, from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 January 2017, from 09h00 to 14h00 daily, and covers all aspects of the game for ages 6-15 years. Coaches work to a specific programme and cover batting, bowling, fielding, general knowledge and etiquette of the game.
On registration, each participant is given a shirt and cap, and a water bottle. A Powerade drink is also provided on each day of the clinic – participants must bring their own packed lunch.
On the last day parents may go along for free coaching, and enjoy the prize-giving, where each child receives a certificate and a SA Cricket Magazine.
What to take:
Personal equipment (names clearly marked).
If your son has all the equipment then he must take it along, if he only has a bat then that is sufficient. If he has no equipment, he can borrow a bat from one of the other boys.
Boys aged 9 years and up will need to bring their own box (abdominal guard).
