Honeydew A-maize-ing Mazes re-opens on Saturday 14 January – open weekends 10h00 to 17h00, last ticket sales 14h00. Adults R150, kids R100.
Honeydew A-maize-ing Mazes were voted ‘2nd best thing to do with Kids(Action)’ in the new Leisure Options readers choice awards magazine.
Their main attraction is a giant maze – either their ‘Elemental maze’, constructed from reeds, which is open from June to December, or their ‘Maize maze’, open from February to June (mielies are a seasonal crop!).
After completion of the maze, there are fun puzzles and smaller mazes available in the courtyard.
Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult into the maze.
No booking required for casual walk-in groups.
The venue is not licensed, but there is a coffee shop which is open for cold drinks, teas/coffees and ice creams.
Adults: R 150
Children under 16 years: R 120
The venue does accept debit and credit cards.
Booking is essential, as numbers are limited.
